Caesar Salad

This is the best caesar dressing I've ever found (adapted from allrecipes.com) and it's super easy to make too.


5 cloves garlic, peeled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2-3 anchovy fillets, minced
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces


Mince 3 cloves of garlic, and combine in a small bowl with mayonnaise, anchovies, 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice (I use my magic bullet). Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Place lettuce in a large bowl. Toss with dressing, remaining Parmesan cheese, and bread cubes if desired.
